Inside the WILSOLAR Factory: How Integrated Solar Street Lights Are Made
A visual walk through our production workflow — from material preparation to packed, export-ready orders.
Every integrated solar street light we ship starts as raw aluminum, LED modules, LiFePO4 cells and a controller — and ends as a sealed, tested, export-ready unit. Here is what that journey looks like inside our factory.

1. Material preparation
Orders begin with confirmed configuration: housing size, LED power, panel wattage, battery capacity and controller functions. Materials are prepared and checked against the order specification before the line starts.

2. Assembly
Housing, optics, LED modules, battery packs and controllers are assembled in a controlled sequence. Every key assembly point follows the documented configuration for the order.

3. Functional testing
Each unit is powered and tested: lighting output, charging, controller behavior and sensor functions are verified by model before the unit moves to aging.

4. Aging and inspection
Units run through aging cycles, followed by appearance and workmanship inspection. Incoming, in-process and outgoing quality checkpoints are documented for traceability.

5. Packing and shipment coordination
Finished units are packed with protective packaging, checked against the packing list, and coordinated for export shipment with full documentation.
